Casa Cubo - the apartments and rooms
No. 1 - Room
is a large room on the ground level. It contains a double bed, satellite TV, a table and chairs. Its own bathroom is equipped with shower and WC.
The large wardrobe hides a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster and a coffee machine. There also is a basic equipment of cutlery, dishes and glasses. But all this is inside the wardrobe , it is not a kitchen.
The room also has a safe in the wall.
The doors lead to the small terrasse with the breathtaking view on bay and beach, which has a direct stairway down to the swimming pool.
No. 2 - Apartment
consists of a large kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower and a small bedroom and lies also on the ground level. It is equipped with satellite TV, a daybed (for two), a large table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a washing machine. That makes it easy to cook for a large number of people. It leads to a large terrasse with great sea view and stairs down to the pool, the living room has an additional small terrasse which is shared with room No. 1
No. 3 - Room
is slightly smaller than Room No. 1 but has a larger terrasse. The double bed is situated in such a way that the first sight in the morning is the ocean. The equipment differs from No. 1 only in the lack of a TV, it also contains a bathroom with shower and the basic kitchen equipment. But this equipment is inside the wardrobe , it is not a kitchen.
No. 4 – Apartment
has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with tub and a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (including dishwashing machine), a daybed for two, a table with chairs, a satellite TV and a large terrasse (about 30 square meters) with the most magnificient seaview.
Floor Plans
In order to facilitate the impression of the building please check the following plans of both floors. The pool with its terrasse and a small bathroom/shower lies in front of the villa, one floor below the ground floor (however, there is no basement floor, but the hill behind the pool). No. 1 lies a few steps below the entrance of No. 2, whose living room is stretched over some steps, due to the hill underneath the villa.
No. 3 and No. 4 are on the first floor, No. 3 above No. 1 and again some steps beneath No. 4. No. 4 is completely on one level without any steps.
